THE-GOREAN-FREE-COUNCIL is a Group of people elected to represent the Citizens of TALMONT CITY to represent the elders and citizens and children of the city of Talmont in the running of the City the buisnesses within the City assist the growth of the Home-Stones within the city's limits to promote the growth and well being of this now resurrected city and to help bring it back to its former Glory this Council will decide on the taxes to be collected and paid into the citys coffers , will act as Arbiter's in any disputes arising and will decide on courses of action to resolve them as is best for all within any dispute that cannot be resolved by the partys in dispute and the Councils decision if is made is final
