This is intended to be a fun but serious room for those into some of the darker areas of the lifestyle. This is not a force room. All are welcome and can choose to participate or watch. You are not required to scene but please respect the scenes that are in progress.

**** As you enter the Estate the main floor has a full bar and lounge to mingle and get to know others as visitors arrive at the Estate. Upstairs are 8 bedrooms complete with toys and a private bathroom which includes a shower and jacuzzi bathtub in each room. In the walkout basement is the Dungeon complete with all that any Dungeon would crave to have. From 3 spanking benches, 2 St Andrews crosses, 3 stocks, 2 fucking machines, 4 BDSM padded tables and a wide assortment of floggers, whips, canes, crops, dildos, vibrators, clamps, spreader bars, and other various toys for your pleasure and use.
